Ever since I was 8 years old, fitness has always been apart of my life. Swimming was the first athletic exercise I grew up doing. Learning the different techniques and acquiring skills to be faster and stronger in the water fascinated me. It became the drive behind my interest in athletics. I then continued to swim for the next 11 years and also got into other sports including basketball and football. Being an athlete almost my entire life, I became infatuated with the fitness world. This led to me being in the gym 5 days a week and experimenting with all different types of workouts. Learning to involve athletic, plyometrics, functional and strength training into my routine I understood what it takes to be an ultimate force. I have now been a personal trainer for going on 8 years in NYC and been training for 15+ years.
My experience in the training world has led me to helping other people. Motivating them to become athletes. My goal is to help change your lifestyle and have a better idea of fitness. Everyone has a chance to have a body that can become stronger and faster. The only thing holding your body back is not doing anything. The human body is not made to be sedentary. We are meant to be running, jumping and picking stuff up. Our culture has made everything too accessible and people have adapted.
